CAD & Design
Building One of a Kind Products
All our products are designed by computer. The designer uses the CAD system to draw product drawings, and then sends the design to our wax factory. We can also provide customers with unique customized designs. You just need to bring your design or picture, and tell Jewelry Factory Plus your ideas, we will create the perfect design with you.
Wax
Make an exact copy
After the designer completes the design, we use the exact replica rubber mold of the resin part. Inject wax into the rubber mold and let it harden to form a model consistent with the rubber mold. We have to check the accuracy of the wax slices to ensure that the product quality is stable and consistent.
Casting
After the plaster has hardened, put the cylinder in the oven to heat the wax. Then, the wax melts from the plaster, leaving a cavity inside. The freshly molded product is actually relatively rough and requires preliminary surface treatment with sandpaper and files. Remove burrs and trachoma.
An inlay process that needs to be completed under a microscope. The micro-inlay work is very delicate and tests the skill of the craftsman very much，It requires carefulness and patience.
Use wax and cotton to polish the tool marks or flaws left by the product. Let the product achieve a glossy effect.
