The local customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and compliance and other government agency charges to your international order. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for all the additional charges required for customs clearance. On the arrival of your order at customs, you will either be contacted by our shipper or directly by the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 15 days of the shipping date. Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the state that you received them.
International customers will need to pay for return shipping. Returns may take up to one week for processing, once we receive the package.
For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that the destination country’s customs office is authorized for the opening and inspection of international shipments. Additionally, if required we are liable to provide the information about your order, shipment and products contained therein.

If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, the shipping amount will be deducted while processing the refund.
